Sitecook was founded by Gautam Khorana who is now serves as co-founder of Seahawk Global. The decision to acquire Sitecook helped Seahawk expand its team in India and continue its core focus on professional WordPress services.
Sitecook was one of many professional web services agencies in India, but their processes around GoDaddy Pro and WordPress were a strategic target for Seahawk. Along with the team expansion, Khorana joined Seahawk’s executive leadership. Sitecook grew its customer base through web hosts and India-based businesses, and established themselves as a top GoDaddy partner in India.
Sitecook eventually became Seahawk India to serve as the primary professional services fulfillment operation under the Seahawk banner, which remains Seahawk’s talent hub to this day.
